1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the SnapStream: Video & Music Saver mobile application
(the "Application", "App", package name me.tikup.app), you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Application.
2. Description of Service & Permitted Use
SnapStream is an offline playback and personal media management tool designed to allow users to save audio and video content for personal, non-commercial, offline viewing and to organize personal media playlists.
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use SnapStream on your Android device strictly in conformity with these Terms.
3. Copyright & User Representations
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and demand that our users do the same. By using the Application:
- You warrant and represent that you are the lawful owner of any content you download or stream, or that you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and consents from the copyright owner.
- You agree that the Application is strictly intended for personal backup and fair-use offline viewing. You must not use the Application to distribute, broadcast, re-upload, monetize, or publicly perform copyrighted works without explicit authorization.
- You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international copyright laws and regulations.
4. Third-Party Platform Non-Affiliation
Independent Software Notice:
SnapStream is an independent software application and is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), or any other third-party social media platform. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.
5. Strict Prohibition on YouTube Content
In strict compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service, SnapStream does NOT support, facilitate, or permit the downloading or saving of videos or audio from YouTube.
The Application implements technological controls that reject any URLs originating from YouTube or its affiliated domains. Any attempt to bypass or circumvent these restrictions is a violation of these Terms.
6. M3U Stream Player (IPTV) BYOC Disclaimer
Bring Your Own Content (BYOC) Architecture:
- SnapStream functions purely as a neutral media player and M3U playlist parser.
- SnapStream does NOT supply, host, index, sell, or distribute any M3U playlists, TV channels, live streams, or video content whatsoever.
- The Application is completely empty upon installation. Users must provide their own playlists and media URLs from legally authorized providers.
- We do not endorse, facilitate, or condone the streaming or playback of unauthorized or pirated content. Users bear sole and exclusive responsibility for the legality of their chosen streams.
7. DMCA Copyright Notice & Takedown Policy
We maintain an expedited notice-and-takedown procedure in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe in good faith that any aspect of our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the specific material or URL claimed to be infringing.
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and valid email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, OR ANY COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS COMMITTED BY USERS.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application (or any feature thereof) at any time without notice. Your right to use the Application will automatically terminate if you violate any provision of these Terms.
